We collect information from you when you complete the GC Registration Form. You will be asked to provide the following information: 1.Name as shown on Passport 2.Gender 3.Passport Number, Date of Issue, Date of Expiration, Issuing Authority, Citizenship/Nationality 4.Address 5.E-mail Address, Fax Number, Telephone Number 6.Arrival and Departure Dates 7.Physical disability requiring special accommodations, if any 8.Age group 9.How you would like to receive Session documents 10.Full name of spouse as shown on Passport, Passport Number, Date of Issue and Date of Expiration 11.Spouse Citizenship/Nationality 12.Other family members sharing the room 13.Hotel room type requested

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used for the purpose of enabling the Divisions and the General Conference to communicate with you about your services as a delegate. The information collected may be used in one of the following ways: to personalize your experience (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs); to improve customer service; to process transactions; (your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested); and to send periodic emails. The email address you provided during registration may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to news and updates related to the event for which you registered. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. The database is only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Nevertheless, despite our best efforts, no transmission over the Internet and no data storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
